This year’s theme for the children’s Summer Reading Program is “Read Renew Repeat” with a focus on conservation and protecting the environment. 2024 is also the year for the Summer Olympics in Paris, France. So, in the spirit of these two events, this adult summer challenge was born.
Please stop by the Information Desk starting July 8 to pick up an entry form. Each entry form has four types of books to read and four activities to complete. Depending on how many “events” are completed, “sweet medals” are awarded to each participant. Entries are due by Friday, August 30 at 5 pm.
