All Together Now Community Art Project
People of all ages and artistic abilities are invited to paint small canvases for a library exhibition in August. To participate, pick up an art kit (while supplies last) beginning Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at 10:00 am, and return your completed work by Saturday, July 22, 2023, at 12:00 noon.
Kits contain: 4”x 4” canvas, paintbrush, paints, guidelines, and a label. While you must use the canvas provided, you may supplement paints with your own art supplies.
Want some inspiration? Paint in the library on Wednesdays, July 5, July 12, and July 19, 2:00-4:00 pm, with a guest local artist. During the month of July, the teen room craft activity will be painting a piece for inclusion in the exhibit.
A public opening is planned for Wednesday, August 2, 5:30-6:30 pm.
